Karen Krizanovich is a writer, radio and TV broadcaster, and presenter based in London. She is active in script development and currently writes about film, film business, film news and breaking trends – on the page, online and across all broadcast media.
Her written work has been published in The Sunday Times, Red, The Independent, The Telegraph, GQ, Esquire and Cosmopolitan among others, with appearances on CNN, ‘Newsnight’, ‘BBC Breakfast TV’, BBC Radio 4′s ‘Woman’s Hour’ and BBC2′s ‘The Review Show’.
Currently editor of The Void and film reviewer for Radio Times, Karen is also a member of the exclusive London Film Critics’ Circle and is a jury associate for the international film critics’ association FIPRESCI. In the 90s, Karen was best known as Dear Karen, Sky Magazine’s must-read abusive comedy advice columnist. Karen has an MBA in Film Finance and a BA/MA in Philosophy of Mind. She hails from Big Rock, Illinois, population 658.
