Co-creator of the international smash hit science-fiction comedy series, ‘Red Dwarf’, Rob began his comedy writing career in radio, writing for 'just about every living comedian', and generating sitcoms and sketch shows, including the Sony Award-winning ‘Son Of Cliché’ before moving into television.

He worked on the multiple award-winning series ‘Three of A Kind’and ‘Carrott's Lib’, then headed up the writing team on ‘Spitting Image’.
